AntiSpam Service
May 16, 2004 - We have been running AntiSpam software on the server for the past few weeks. It was been running very accurately an we have had very few false-positives. We have decided to enroll all of our customers into this service. We believe this service will be beneficial for all of our clients.
Cost and Availablity
So, we are now ready to offer this service to all of you. We will be offering the service for the first six months for free. If you do not want the service, please let us know and we will not include you in this service.
Using the Service
The server will mark your emails as spam or not spam by modifying the email message.
If it is spam, it will add the following to the email:
Spam detection software, running on the system "www4", has identified this incoming email as possible spam. The original message has been attached to this so you can view it (if it isn't spam) or block similar future email. If you have any questions, see tegbains@tegbains.com for details.

Dealing with the Tagged Messages
The server only tags the incoming e-mail; it does not delete or move your e-mail messages for you. That's where your mail program or Mail Server can help with that. We have posted instructions at the main ShuttleSites website (http://www.shuttlesites.net/support.html) for setting up rules to delete or file spam messages.
Questions or Concerns
If you have ANY questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We hope this new service will help control the SPAM entering your mailboxes.
