MacOS X 10.2: Apple Mail program
Launch the Mail program
If this is the first time you are using Mail, the
program will ask you setup an account. Otherswise, from the Mail menu, select
Preferences.
Add an Account from the Account prefence pane.
Set the Account Type to be POP
Enter a description (ie: Teg's Email account)
Enter your Email Address (ie: tegbains@tegbains.com)
Enter your Full Name (ie: Teg Bains)
Enter your Incoming Mail Server, which is just mail.yourdomain.com
(ie: mail.tegbains.com)
Enter your User Name, which is the same as your email
address (ie: tegbains@tegbains.com)
Enter your password (ie: EmailIsFun)

For Outgoing Mail Server, choose to Add Server.
Enter the Outgoing Mail Server, which is the same
as the Incoming Mail Server, mail.yourdomain.com (ie: mail.tegbains.com)
For Authentication, choose MD5 Challenge Response
Enter your User Name, which is your email address
(ie: tegbains@tegbains.com)
Enter your Password (ie: EmailIsFun)
Click OK

Now click on the Advanced tab
From Remove copy from server after retrieving message:,
select Right Away
From Authentication, select MD5 Challenge Response
Click OK

From the Mailbox menu, select Get New Mail
The program will retrieve any new mail in your email
account. And you're done.
